THE SHORT VERSION
SongsBrew is a free weekly music newsletter by Music24, read by more than 26,000 music fans.
SongsBrew is a free weekly newsletter for people who like music more than is reasonable. Every Thursday it brings new music, unfiltered reviews, interviews with the people doing the work, and plain explanations of how the music business works. What started as a single weekly email has grown into web-only stories and SongsBrew Radar, a weekly pick of new artists. More than 26,000 people read it, and 58% of them open every issue. SongsBrew is made by Music24.

THE LOGO
The mug and the SONGSBREW wordmark. Use the white logo on dark backgrounds and the black one on light backgrounds.
FOUR RULES
Give it room
Keep clear space around the logo of at least half the height of the mug. Nothing else sits inside it.
Keep it readable
Show the full logo at least 120 px wide on screen, or 30 mm in print. Smaller than that, use the mug on its own.
Do not redraw it
Never re-type the wordmark, stretch it, rotate it, outline it or add effects. Use the files on this page.
Black, white or original
Use the black logo, the white logo or the original colours. No other colours, and no busy photo behind it without a plain backing.
COLOURS AND FONTS
Black and white do almost all the work. Pink is the one accent, used sparingly.

From the first SongsBrew style guide (v1, February 2024). The colour logo uses the green, red and cream.

Headlines. Free on Google Fonts.
Work Sans
The wordmark (Black, 900), body text and interface. Free on Google Fonts.
The wordmark is SONGSBREW in Work Sans Black: all caps, one word, no extra spacing. The logo files carry it as outlines, so they need no font.
